In short

For AI leads and managers, this one-day course transforms scattered practices into documented, transmittable team uses. Participants inventory needs, harmonize instructions and access for transversal AI tools, and test the same brief among colleagues. They leave with a team usage framework and a concrete thirty-day adoption plan, fostering effective collaboration.

Why this training?

The problem
Teams use AI assistants individually and disparately, without a unified approach or shared best practices.
What it costs today
This lack of harmonization leads to duplicated efforts, significant variations in result quality, and difficulties in reusing output.
Why this skill
A structured and collaborative approach is necessary to transform these isolated practices into documented and transmissible team uses.
What you gain
Participants and the company achieve more consistent AI deliverables, increased autonomy in tool management, and improved reliability of team processes.

Objectives of this training

  • Map team tasks, their users, inputs, outputs, and pain points.
  • Identify reference documents and their owners for each AI assistant use case.
  • Write common reusable instructions and their variants for AI assistants.
  • Document available access to AI tools based on professional accounts.
  • Compare result variations and rework times for a common brief executed by multiple colleagues.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for the publication and maintenance of team AI assistant uses.

Who is it for and what are the prerequisites?

Roles and tasks concerned

  • AI integration referents
  • Team managers responsible for processes
  • Project leaders overseeing AI adoption
  • Quality managers for AI deliverables
  • Technology innovation coordinators

Prior skills

  • AI Fundamentals and AI Prompting completed, or equivalent experience (a learning prerequisite, not a registration condition).
  • Practice with AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Understanding of team objectives and tasks
  • Access to non-confidential representative team documents
  • Knowledge of available professional access to AI tools
  • A paid subscription to an AI solution offering the features used, the organisation’s authorisation for third-party tools, and the actual accounts and access rights.

To prepare before the session

  • Have basic experience using an AI assistant.
  • Possess a computer and an authorized professional account for AI tools.
  • Bring non-confidential documents representative of the team's work and verify available accesses.

What you will work on

  1. Inventory uses and sources

The participant obtains a shared inventory of current uses and associated information sources.

  2. Set instructions, context, and access

The participant establishes a repository of reusable instructions and a matrix of available access to AI tools.

  3. Test the same brief as a team

The participant gets a tested version of a common brief and shared quality criteria for its execution.

  4. Organize publication, maintenance, and handover

The participant creates a team repository and a thirty-day AI usage adoption plan.

What you take away

  • Shared inventory of AI assistant uses and sources
  • Reusable instructions repository
  • AI tool access matrix
  • Collectively tested deliverable
  • Thirty-day AI assistant usage adoption plan

Method and assessment

  • Team workshop based on actual working practices
  • Comparable tests performed by several participants
  • Immediate documentation of handover, control and maintenance rules

Formative assessment compares outputs from the same brief, checks the access matrix and simulates handover. The team verifies that instructions, quality criteria and responsibilities are understandable to someone who did not build the working method.

Frequently asked questions

Which team problem does this course address?

It addresses fragmented AI use: colleagues phrase requests differently, rely on varied sources and keep personal rules. The day builds a shared, testable and transferable reference. It does not impose a single tool; it makes working practices coherent, maintainable and understandable across the team.

Who is this team workshop designed for?

The workshop is for AI champions and managers responsible for shared practices, adoption or handover. It suits a beginner team that already has some uses. Participants do not need development skills or technical platform administration experience. The answer remains adapted to the organisation’s context, verified access and actual responsibilities.

What prerequisites and documents are required?

Participants need beginner experience with an AI assistant, a computer and an approved professional account. The team brings non-confidential documents representative of its work. Licences, options and permissions are checked before the session so the programme never promises a feature that is unavailable.

Which exercise tests team consistency?

Several colleagues execute the same brief using shared instructions and sources. The group compares output differences, errors, rework time and understanding of the instructions. This comparison reveals what needs clarification before the reference is published or handed to a new colleague.

What deliverables are produced during the day?

The team produces a use reference, reusable instructions, an access matrix, a collectively tested output and a thirty-day adoption plan. These items are built during the session; they are neither a generic pre-existing download library nor a promise that adoption will happen automatically.

How are publishing and maintenance organised?

For each selected use, the programme identifies an owner, validator, review frequency and archiving rule. It also covers onboarding, incident reporting and handover to another colleague. Final responsibility for publishing or using any output remains within the organisation. The answer remains adapted to the organisation’s context, verified access and actual responsibilities.

Which tools and accounts can be used?

The work may use ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini when the organisation has the corresponding accounts and permissions. Methods remain transferable. Features, connectors and capabilities differ by plan and evolve, so availability is verified rather than assumed for every participant.

What is the price and can the hours be split?

The commercial volume is 8 in-person hours, priced at €1,960 excluding VAT per session for up to 12 participants. It may run as one day or, by agreement, two sessions with the same total volume. The date and working language in FR, NL or EN are agreed together.
