Key answers to choose a course, organise a session or scope an AI project. Each answer links to the page describing the offer in detail.
Choosing a course Which course should we start with to begin using AI?
Start with AI Fundamentals, which covers the basics of generative AI, its limits and responsible use. AI Prompting then teaches how to write precise requests and check the answers. If your team already has equivalent skills, it can move straight to courses by tool or by profession.
Before speeding up an answer, let us take the time to check that we are asking the right question.
Choosing a course How do we find a course for a specific tool such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?
The “Using AI better” axis groups courses by tool and by task. Filter on the tool your team uses, for example ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or on the task to be done. Each course page states the access required, including when a licence is needed.
The point is not to delegate our judgement to AI, but to learn to exercise it better.
Choosing a course Are there AI courses tailored to my profession?
Yes. The “AI for your role” axis organises courses by function, then by activity: sales and customer relations, finance, HR, legal, marketing and other functions. Each course starts from concrete work situations. The professional level, when known, is shown separately from the Academy level.
Choosing a course Do you offer human skills training?
Yes. The Human skills axis brings together standalone courses: active listening, critical thinking, deciding under uncertainty, adaptability and other interpersonal skills. They do not require AI Fundamentals; subject-specific prerequisites are listed on each course page. These courses strengthen human judgement but do not serve as evidence of compliance with AI literacy obligations.

Choosing a course Should we choose a learning path or a single course?
A single course covers one topic in half a day, one day or two days. A learning path organises several steps around a tool or goal, for example Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini in Google Workspace. Each path states its duration, prerequisites and price; some are on request.
Tools change; these capabilities make it possible to keep learning and adapting.
Formats and organisation How does an in-company course work?
In-company training takes place in person, for your team only. The price is stated excluding VAT per session, not per participant; the course page also states the duration and the maximum number of participants, which may vary by offer. The programme starts from your team’s objectives and work situations.
Formats and organisation In which languages are courses delivered?
The catalogue is published in French, Dutch and English, and in-company courses can be delivered in any of these three languages, chosen at booking. Check the desired language on the offer page, especially for learning paths and Combined expertise, which depend on the trainers involved.
Formats and organisation What prerequisites are needed to attend a course?
Prerequisites are specific to each course and listed on its page. Advanced AI courses generally recommend AI Fundamentals and AI Prompting, or equivalent skills. Some require access to a tool or a licence, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot. Human skills courses require no AI knowledge.
Formats and organisation How do we find out the price of a course?
The price is shown on each course’s detail page, excluding VAT and per session for in-company training. It depends on duration and offer and is not displayed on catalogue cards. When no rate is set, the page shows “On request”: the price is then quoted after discussing your needs.
Combined expertise What is a Combined expertise course?
It is a course co-delivered by a subject expert and an AI expert on the same concrete case. The subject expert teaches the method and its quality criteria; the AI expert shows how to apply it with AI; the result is then reviewed from both perspectives. Current paths cover sales, processes, law and accounting.
This ambition connects technical skills with human skills: critical thinking, creativity, cooperation and responsibility.
Courses are delivered by the teaching team presented on the Trainers page: founder Vincent Becker carries the vision and teaching consistency, alongside experts with complementary specialities. Each profile states its area of work. For Combined expertise, the path page lists the trainers involved.

Consulting and co-creation What does Consultancy cover?
Consultancy covers diagnosis, AI strategy, governance, prototype validation and team adoption. The engagement starts with a needs discussion and a diagnosis of your context; scope, deliverables and schedule are agreed for each project. There is no universal package.

Consulting and co-creation What is AI co-creation?
AI co-creation means building and testing a solution with your team around one defined use case, through to handover and team autonomy. The fixed fee is €7,500 excl. VAT, after validation of scope and feasibility conditions; it is neither a per-person nor a per-day rate.

Consulting and co-creation What is the difference between Academy, Consultancy and Factory?
Academy develops skills through training. Consultancy scopes objectives, priorities and AI adoption. Factory builds automation and solutions for your processes. The three services can be combined in one project, but each keeps its own programmes and terms.
Development What does Factory build and how does a project run?
Factory builds automation and AI solutions for your business processes. A project follows four phases: audit, architecture, development and testing with your teams, then deployment and optimisation. Tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, ChatGPT or Claude are chosen according to the process and authorised access. The ROI calculator provides an estimate, not a guarantee.
Getting in touch How do we get in touch and what should we prepare?
Use the contact form or book an initial 15-minute call. Prepare your goal, the teams involved, the tools already in use and any scheduling or access constraints. This helps direct you to a course, a learning path, a Consultancy engagement or a Factory project, with no prior commitment.
