In short
NGOs, non-profits and partnership or project leads learn to build an application with the chosen AI assistant: extract eligibility criteria, required documents and deadlines, decide whether to proceed, link objectives, activities, indicators and budget, then check consistency. Deliverables: a compliance matrix, a reasoned application outline and a submission checklist.

Frequently asked questions
What concrete result does this course deliver?
The team has a method and tools to prepare complete, consistent applications aligned with the criteria. Deliverables: document compliance matrix, reasoned application outline, submission checklist.
Who is this course for and what are the prerequisites?
It is designed for: ngos and non-profit organisations, partnership and funding managers, innovation managers and project leads. Basic experience with an AI assistant and a spreadsheet, plus a project idea to present. The exercise call is fictional; a real public call may serve as a structural model.
What data and access need to be arranged?
The exercise call and project are fictional or public. Sensitive internal information is only used if authorised for use with the chosen AI assistant. Required tools and licences are checked before the session; no subscription is included in the price.
What practical exercise is completed?
Using a fictional call and a proposed project, participants extract eligibility criteria, documents and deadlines, decide whether to proceed, link objectives, activities, deliverables, indicators and budget, check consistency and uncovered points, and organise the pre-submission review.
What are the limits and who validates the results?
The workshop guarantees no funding and nothing is submitted during the session. The budget is checked in a spreadsheet; any doubt about interpreting the rules is confirmed with the funder.
Can the course be adapted to our line of work?
During scoping, the fictional call is modelled on the type of funding targeted: foundation, public programme, innovation award or partnership call.
How is the session organised and what does it cost?
Full day, private in-person session for up to 12 participants. The fee is €1,960 excluding VAT per session. Date and location are agreed during scoping; each session runs in a single language: French, Dutch or English.
