In short

This course is for advanced users, internal AI champions, and process managers. It enables you to transform a business procedure into a documented skill and test plugins that group useful capabilities. Participants will build a first business skill with its test cases and a plugin selection grid, aiming to optimize the efficiency of AI-driven workflows.

Why this training?

The problem
Teams struggle to reuse AI-based procedures, leading to duplicated efforts and inconsistent outcomes.
What it costs today
AI methods are often rebuilt from scratch for each use, resulting in recurring errors and decisions based on fluctuating results.
Why this skill
This skill is now necessary to transform business processes into documented and standardized AI components, ensuring their effective reuse.
What you gain
Participants and the company gain in the quality of AI applications, autonomy in solution development, and reliability of automated workflows.

Objectives of this training

  • Distinguish key components of reusable AI solutions.
  • Describe a structured business procedure for AI automation.
  • Create a reusable AI component within a suitable environment.
  • Test the functionality and robustness of developed AI components.
  • Evaluate and select extensions to enhance AI capabilities.
  • Document the lifecycle and management of tool extensions.

Who is it for and what are the prerequisites?

Roles and tasks concerned

  • AI Referents
  • Process Owners
  • Automation Designers
  • Technology Integration Project Managers

  • AI Fundamentals and AI Prompting completed, or equivalent experience (a learning prerequisite, not a registration condition).
  • Understanding of business workflows
  • Knowledge of fundamental AI concepts
  • Familiarity with using LLMs
  • Identification of processes for optimization

To prepare before the session

  • One computer per participant configured.
  • Access to the chosen AI tools for the session.
  • A business case to work on, using fictitious or anonymized data.

What you will work on

  1. Choosing the right mechanism

The participant can identify the appropriate form to transform a repeated task into a reusable AI component.

  2. Formalizing the method

The participant is able to describe a business procedure with all necessary specifications for its transformation into an AI component.

  3. Building and testing

The participant acquires the ability to create a functional AI component and verify its compliance and reliability through testing.

  4. Choosing and maintaining plugins

The participant can select and manage AI tool extensions based on origin and quality criteria.

What you take away

  • A first formalized business skill for AI with its associated tests.
  • A selection grid for AI tool extensions.

Method and assessment

  • Demonstrations with explanations using a concrete case
  • Guided exercises followed by application to your role
  • Peer review of results and source verification
  • An individual or team action plan

Assessment is formative: participants complete and review a practical case linked to the intended deliverable (A first business skill, its test cases and a plugin selection rubric). Criteria include meeting the brief, accuracy, checks performed and the ability to explain decisions. Each participant identifies an application to test in their own work.

Frequently asked questions

What is the concrete outcome for our team after this session?

Your team will be able to transform business procedures into reusable AI components. This will allow for better standardization and a reduction of duplicated efforts in AI usage.

Who should participate in the training and what prior knowledge is required?
