Frequently asked questions

What is the concrete outcome of this approach for my team?

Your team will benefit from a structured method to sort requests and organize work. This results in more realistic weekly plans and better-defined priorities, reducing unrealistic workloads.

Who should attend this training and what knowledge is needed before coming?

Team leaders, managers, and project coordinators are ideal participants. Before attending, it is helpful to have an understanding of the company's objectives and to identify business cases you wish to work on.

What data or documents will we use and how do we protect sensitive information?

We will work on concrete business cases provided by the participants. To protect sensitive information, we will only use fictitious or anonymized data during the session.

What type of exercise will be performed on my business case during the session?

You will actively work on building your own weekly plan and defining a sorting rule for your requests. AI will be used as support to inventory and compare your tasks.

What are the limitations of the AI tools used in this method and who validates the final result?

AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot are assistants for organization; they do not make decisions for you. The final outcome of your plan and priorities will be validated by yourself, with the tool aiding in clarification.

How does the approach adapt to my industry or the specific cases of my organization?

The workshop is designed to adapt to individual business cases. You will bring your own tasks and constraints, and we will use AI to apply the prioritization and organization method directly to your specific context.
