How to distribute roles and responsibilities between humans and AI in teamwork?
1250 € per session, excl. VAT
In short
Improve team collaboration and clarity by defining roles for both humans and AI. This course helps you establish clear responsibilities and decision-making processes when AI contributes to projects, ensuring transparency and ethical alignment without focusing on specific tools or complex governance policies.
Why this training?
As AI assistants become integral team members, their contributions create ambiguity around roles and accountability. Who is responsible when an AI provides flawed data? How do we inform clients about AI's role without diminishing our value? This course addresses these critical human-centric questions. It provides a structured approach for teams to define how they will work with AI, ensuring clarity, maintaining professional standards, and fostering a collaborative environment. It focuses on the 'how' of teamwork, not the 'what' of AI technology, building the essential human skills for the future of work. Exercises are highly interactive and collaborative, focusing on real-world scenarios. Participants will work in small groups to analyze case studies, build RACI matrices including AI, and role-play client conversations. The capstone exercise involves collectively drafting a team agreement for human-AI collaboration, applying the frameworks learned throughout the session. Fictional or anonymised cases are used to ensure relevance and confidentiality. Deliverables: A draft RACI matrix for a sample project including AI.; A template for a team agreement on human-AI collaboration.; A checklist for ethical escalation when using AI.. This is not a technical course on AI tools, nor does it provide legal advice or establish official corporate governance policies. It focuses exclusively on team-level agreements and practices for collaboration between humans and AI. The workshop is delivered in person as a private session for up to 12 participants, in one language chosen from French, Dutch and English. All exercise data is fictional or anonymised, and every result produced with AI is reviewed and validated by a responsible person. The aim is a bounded result the team can reuse, not a promise of deployment.
