In short

Automate your repetitive tasks and ensure the quality of each output. This course teaches you how to schedule recurring tasks in ChatGPT, such as information monitoring or reminders. You will develop validation checklists to control each result and learn to manage the lifecycle of your automations (edit, pause, delete).

Why this training?

In a professional environment where repetitive tasks consume valuable time, automation is a productivity lever. ChatGPT offers features to schedule tasks, but their effectiveness depends on rigorous configuration and systematic quality control. This course addresses this challenge: how to delegate monitoring, reporting, or a reminder to the AI while maintaining control over the result. It is about moving from conversational to programmatic use of the tool, focusing on the reliability and supervision of implemented automations in a professional setting. Participants will set up a recurring monitoring task on a professional topic. They will create a detailed validation checklist to assess the relevance of the information returned by ChatGPT with each execution. The exercise includes modifying the task (changing its frequency) and interpreting notifications. The goal is to simulate a complete cycle, from task creation to its active supervision in a business context, ensuring the results are reliable. Deliverables: Validation checklist template for an AI task; List of use cases for recurring tasks; Cheat sheet of task management commands. This course focuses on ChatGPT's native task features. It does not cover API integration. The availability and capabilities of the scheduling features depend on the subscription plan and the organisation's administrator policies. The workshop is delivered in person as a private session for up to 12 participants, in one language chosen from French, Dutch and English. All exercise data is fictional or anonymised, and every result produced with AI is reviewed and validated by a responsible person. The aim is a bounded result the team can reuse, not a promise of deployment.
