In short
Build specialized AI assistants that accurately answer your team's questions using your own company data. This course guides you through creating a Microsoft 365 Copilot agent, from configuring knowledge sources like SharePoint to managing permissions, ensuring secure and controlled distribution.
Why this training?
In an environment where information is abundant yet often fragmented, companies seek to provide fast and accurate answers to their employees. Microsoft 365 Copilot allows for the creation of specialized conversational agents without complex development. This course focuses on the declarative approach: defining what the agent should do and know, rather than programming how it should do it. You will learn to use the Agent Builder to connect your own data sources (SharePoint, emails, Teams) while ensuring everyone's access and permissions are strictly respected. The exercises are designed to be directly applicable. You will create a business Copilot agent step-by-step, for example, to answer questions about company HR policies. You will configure its knowledge sources by linking documents, write its instructions to adopt a professional tone, and then test its behavior by simulating employee questions. The focus is on direct manipulation of the tool in a controlled and secure environment. Deliverables: A configuration guide for your first agent; A checklist for testing and deployment; Instruction templates to guide your agent. This course does not cover developing complex extensions or plugins with code. It focuses exclusively on creating declarative agents through the Agent Builder interface. The availability of certain features depends on your Microsoft 365 plan and your administrator's settings. The workshop is delivered in person as a private session for up to 12 participants, in one language chosen from French, Dutch and English. All exercise data is fictional or anonymised, and every result produced with AI is reviewed and validated by a responsible person. The aim is a bounded result the team can reuse, not a promise of deployment.
