In short
Enhance your team's collaboration on shared documents. This course shows how to use Copilot to draft sections while maintaining a clear validation process. Learn to define roles, use comments, and leverage version history to track approvals without confusion, ensuring complete traceability and accountability.
Why this training?
In modern teams, co-creating documents is vital but can quickly become chaotic. Who wrote what? Which version is the final one? Who approved the last change? The introduction of tools like Copilot adds complexity if not managed properly. This course addresses this challenge by providing a structured method to integrate Copilot into a collaborative workflow on Microsoft 365. It focuses on how to maintain clarity and traceability of contributions and validations, turning potential chaos into organized productivity and clear accountability. Participants will work in small groups on a common document project, such as an activity report. They will use Copilot to draft sections, then take on the roles of reviewer and approver. Through comments, track changes, and version history, they will practice a complete validation cycle, ensuring traceability at every step of the co-creation and validation process. Deliverables: A collaborative work plan defining roles and steps.; A co-created Word document with Copilot contributions and validation trails.; A Teams meeting summary generated by Copilot.. This course focuses on the collaborative process and traceability, not on advanced prompt engineering. The performance and availability of Copilot features depend on your Microsoft 365 plan and the policies set by your system administrator. The workshop is delivered in person as a private session for up to 12 participants, in one language chosen from French, Dutch and English. All exercise data is fictional or anonymised, and every result produced with AI is reviewed and validated by a responsible person. The aim is a bounded result the team can reuse, not a promise of deployment.
