In short
“Writing prospecting emails” is a private in-person session of half a day for salespeople and business developers who prospect by email or sales assistants responsible for preparing campaigns. It helps you use AI to write an initial prospecting email of fewer than 120 words. Groups of up to 12 participants, in French, with exercises on your own work cases.
Why this training?
A prospecting email is read in a matter of seconds. Messages that are too long, too vague or clearly generated automatically end up being ignored, or even damage the company’s image. This session shows how to use AI to save time on the first draft while retaining what makes the difference: a clear reason for contacting the person, a simple proposal and a tone that sounds like you. Running case study: ‘Atelier Nova’, a fictional engineering consultancy, wants to introduce its maintenance service to five technical managers at SMEs. Each participant writes and improves the emails for these five fictional profiles. Transfer to the workplace: Participants apply the method to their next series of emails and compare the replies received with those to their usual messages.
