In short
This 7-hour day, excluding breaks, enables participants to structure support for a transformation: analyse impacts, mobilise stakeholders, organise communication and training, then monitor adoption. Generative AI helps produce and compare proposals, while participants verify assumptions and consolidate an operational dossier submitted for professional validation.
Why this training?
A change can be announced without its consequences for tasks, responsibilities and working conditions being clarified. The risk is then that messages multiply without addressing the practical barriers to adoption. AI makes it easier to compare support actions and draft targeted materials. However, its proposals must be checked against conditions on the ground: assumed resistance, an underestimated workload or an overlooked stakeholder can undermine the entire approach. Running case study: At Virelia Maintenance, a fictional organisation with three branches, service requests are moving from telephone calls to a shared portal. Technicians, branch managers and the administrative team must change their practices, despite limited availability for training and concerns about individual monitoring. Transfer to the workplace: On returning to work, adapt the matrix to a real transformation using anonymised data, check the impacts with the teams concerned and have the initial actions validated by a qualified HR professional before launch.
Objectives of this training
- Describe the gaps between current and expected practices
- Map stakeholders and their support needs
- Prioritise impacts according to their intensity and criticality
- Develop communication, training and managerial support actions
- Define adoption indicators and check the consistency of the dossier
Who is it for and what are the prerequisites?
Roles and tasks concerned
- HR managers and skills development managers
- Transformation project managers and change management leads
- Managers responsible for supporting changes in practices
Prior skills
- Be able to formulate a structured request to a generative AI assistant.
- Know the stages of an HR project and the responsibilities of the stakeholders concerned.
What you will work on
Define the scope of the transformation
Objective: Establish the scope and expected behaviours. Current state, target state, constraints, decision-making latitude; limits of AI assistance.
Assess operational impacts
Objective: Rank the changes experienced by each group. Tasks, skills, autonomy, workload and cooperation; distinction between facts and assumed perceptions.
Organise stakeholder mobilisation
Objective: Identify change champions and listening arrangements. Sponsor, managers, users, change champions; influence and involvement without individual profiling.
Design support actions
Objective: Match each obstacle with an appropriate response. Targeted communication, practice in new tasks, local support and reporting of difficulties.
Build a realistic roadmap
Objective: Align support with the project timetable. Milestones, responsibilities, availability, dependencies and conditions for moving to the next stage.
Evaluate and defend the dossier
Objective: Measure adoption and check the quality of the plan. Actual use, mastery of practices, feedback from the field; distinction between participation and adoption.
What you take away
- Impact matrix and assumptions register
- Map of stakeholders and support needs
- Roadmap with responsibilities, milestones and targeted materials
- Adoption monitoring dashboard and validation checklist
Method and assessment
- Short instructional inputs followed by immediate practice on the running case study.
- Individual work followed by work in pairs, with peer review of outputs.
- Guided group discussion: what works, what needs correcting and what remains a human decision.
- Preparation: Arrange access to a generative AI tool authorised by the organisation. Choose a transformation to describe without personal data; a complete fictional dossier is provided for the exercises.
Observable criteria: Each priority impact is linked to an element of the dossier or identified as an assumption. ; Each group concerned has an action addressing an explicit need. ; Each action includes an owner, a deadline and any dependency. ; Each indicator specifies its source, frequency and proposed alert threshold. ; Sensitive issues and trade-offs are submitted for qualified human validation..
Frequently asked questions
Can we work on our own transformation?
Yes, using an anonymised case and only authorised tools; otherwise, use the fictional dossier.
Can AI identify employees who are resistant to change?
No: no individual profiling or automated sensitive decisions. The analysis focuses on work situations.
How should consultation obligations be addressed?
The applicable obligations and their timetable must be checked with your legal department.
Can the dossier be implemented directly?
It provides an operational basis to be checked against conditions on the ground and validated by a qualified professional.
