In short
“Create a sales pitch” is a private in-person session of half a day for salespeople and product managers or marketing teams preparing sales materials. It helps you turn a list of features into tangible customer benefits, link each argument to evidence that is actually available. Groups of up to 12 participants, in French, with exercises on your own work cases.
Why this training?
Many sales pitches list product features instead of explaining what difference they make to the customer. They are also rarely tailored to the person in front of you: a finance director does not listen to the same arguments as a user. This session uses AI to move from features to benefits, organise the evidence you actually have and tailor the pitch to the stakeholder. Running case study: ‘Clario’, a fictional planning software developer, presents its offering to a fictional services company. Participants build the pitch for the operations director, then for the finance director. Transfer to the workplace: Participants adapt the pitch to the offering they sell and test it in their next conversations.
Objectives of this training
- Turn a list of features into tangible customer benefits
- Link each argument to evidence that is actually available
- Structure a pitch around three key messages
- Tailor the pitch to two different stakeholders
- Identify and remove promises that cannot be substantiated

What you will work on
From features to benefits
Objective: Express benefits that the customer can understand. Feature → advantage → benefit method; the role of AI in suggesting rewordings.
Evidence and promises
Objective: Keep only defensible arguments. Types of evidence; identify invented or exaggerated claims in an AI-generated proposal.
Three key messages and objections
Objective: Structure a memorable pitch. Organisation around three messages; short responses to common objections.
Tailoring to the stakeholder
Objective: Adapt the message according to the role. Priorities of an operational profile and a financial profile; vocabulary and order of arguments.
What you take away
- Features / benefits table
- Sales pitch with three key messages
- Responses to four objections
- Two versions tailored to different stakeholders
Method and assessment
- Short teaching segments followed by immediate practice on the running case study.
- Individual work followed by work in pairs, with participants reviewing each other’s work.
- Guided group discussion: what works, what needs correcting and what remains a human decision.
- Preparation: Bring a product sheet or a description of an offering (anonymised if necessary). List the evidence you have: references you are authorised to use, validated internal figures, demonstrations.
Observable criteria: Each benefit is expressed from the customer’s perspective; Each retained argument is linked to available evidence; The two versions genuinely differ in their order and vocabulary; No unsubstantiated numerical promises are retained.
Frequently asked questions
Can we work on our own offering?
Yes, if the information can be shared with the authorised tool. Otherwise, the fictional case study allows you to learn the method and then apply it internally.
Does AI know our products?
No. It works solely from the information you give it; this is why every argument is checked.
How does this differ from marketing training?
The session focuses on sales use in meetings; it does not cover brand positioning.
Will we leave with finished sales material?
With a structured and tested pitch, to be validated internally before any distribution.
