In short

In a half-day session of 3 hours discover how generative AI can help prepare an HR announcement. Using a fictional case, you will formulate an instruction, revise a draft and check the information before human approval. You will leave with a usable message and a proofreading checklist.

Why this training?

An imprecise HR announcement can leave employees unsure about the steps expected of them or increase requests for clarification. Identifying the audience, confirmed facts and contact for support helps build a genuinely usable message. AI can suggest a structure and rephrase a passage, but it can also add a non-existent arrangement or use an inappropriate tone. The course teaches you to spot these discrepancies without delegating editorial responsibility or sensitive decisions. Case study used throughout: The fictional organisation ‘Nacre Assemblage’ is opening a new channel for administrative HR requests. Office and workshop teams need to understand which requests to submit through it, how to proceed and whom to contact if they encounter difficulties. A fictional fact sheet sets out the authorised arrangements. Transfer to the workplace: For the next internal announcement, reuse the brief and checklist with information you are authorised to use. Compare the initial draft with the approved version by counting omissions, ambiguities and unjustified additions, then retain the useful corrections.

  • Formulate a writing instruction based on confirmed facts.
